The servo-hydraulic test equipment can be used both for research in the field of medicine and for experiments on the resistance of bone prosthesis, such as hip and knee prosthetic implants; in particular for these tests, checks on both the resistance and wear by friction of the joints are required. With the systems we have developed, it is possible to reproduce accurately the exact kinematics of joint movements and apply actual and real loads on various test joints.
