Portal frames up to 1000 kN with variable height and width
The portal frames are normally connected by bolts to the base, therefore their position can vary according to the test requirements. They are also adjustable in height, as it is possible to move the crossbeam vertically and secure it with bolts to the lateral uprights.
The frame is completed by two sturdy longitudinal beams connecting the portal frames, on which, depending on the test requirements, the load cylinders can be fixed.
Possibility to secure and position the vertical actuators discreetly along the crossbeams of the structure.
Possibility to secure and position the horizontal actuators discreetly along the "pillars" of the structure.

Clamping Plate
The clamping plate is a base used in general mechanics to anchor parts of any material and shape and then perform operations of any kind: from controls, to assembly, motor and mechanical components performance tests and positioning of very complex structures.
This plate has an excellent effect on vibration damping.
Approximate weight: 6.500 kg.
250 kN Seismic Walls
Seismic walls are adequately dimensioned fixing plates fixed to a vertical wall.
These connections are made by means of special slots used for fastening to the reaction wall.
T-slots are provided on the vertical axis for the mounting of hydraulic cylinders.
Clamping Cubes
These clamping cubes consists of a parallelepiped structure in carbon steel and are made by assembling 5 steel sides, suitably flattened with machine tools and equipped with T slots on all 5 faces.
Each side is completed by the connecting brackets to the beam base.
Reaction "Arms"
Reaction "arms" with variable height from 800 mm to 3500 mm.
Mounting of the horizontal actuator adjustable in height through special T-slots.
Dimensioned for static and dynamic lateral loads up to 250 kN.
Reaction Brackets
The “L” shaped brackets are suitable for mounting a 250 kN horizontal or vertical axis cylinder.
The bracket can also be connected to the base or other structures by bolts.
The flatness of the surface of connection to the cylinder and its perpendicularity to the horizontal support plane is ensured by the final processing on the machine tools.
