Service Manifold

The manifold has the function of connecting
and powering the hydraulic cylinders to the existing hydraulic piping system.
The manifold management (opening and
closing) and the related working pressure (measured by the pressure gauge) are
controlled by the electronics, the same that also control the hydraulic
cylinders.
The manifold connected to the hydraulic
system can be sized for a flow rate of 100 liters/minute or higher and designed to have
two or more outputs according to the customer’s needs.
Below are some technical characteristics of
a manifold:
- Nominal flow: 100 liters/minute
- Maximum working pressure: 21 MPa
- Maximum inlet pressure: 28 MPa
- Nr. of inputs: 1
- Nr. of outputs: 2
- Tubular support frame
- Four adjustable feet
- Upper casing for dust protection
- Lifting eyebolts
- Pressure line filter
- Accumulator on discharge line preloaded at 70 bar
